These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the service.

Banga Corporation provides enterprise software development, IT consulting, logistics technology solutions, AI/ML integrations, and related professional services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are detailed in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements entered into with each client.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software — is the property of Banga Corporation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Software, platforms, and tools developed exclusively for a client become the client's intellectual property upon full payment, as specified in the applicable SOW. Banga Corporation retains rights to its underlying frameworks, libraries, and proprietary methodologies.

All payments are due as specified in the applicable invoice or SOW. We accept payments via Razorpay and other authorized payment methods. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in a client agreement.

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur a 2% per month interest charge
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments exceeding 30 days

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banga Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Banga Corporation in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moga, Punjab, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
